Shipping Policy
At Ability Hive, we aim to ship your order quickly and reliably. All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day from our location in Embrun, Ontario, Canada (25 minutes from Ottawa, ON), with the exception of special order items, which are clearly noted on individual product pages.
If there are any issues or delays with your order, we’ll contact you by phone and/or email. All shipments include tracking information for your peace of mind.
