Shipping Policy

At Ability Hive, we aim to ship your order quickly and reliably. All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day from our location in Embrun, Ontario, Canada (25 minutes from Ottawa, ON), with the exception of special order items, which are clearly noted on individual product pages.

If there are any issues or delays with your order, we’ll contact you by phone and/or email. All shipments include tracking information for your peace of mind.

Average shipping times to major Canadian cities

Estimates below (business days) apply to our Flat Rate/Tracked Shipping option and are based on average transit times to major Canadian centres—use the closest city as a guide (rural/remote areas may take longer). Other carrier options may be available at checkout.

• Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax)
• Flat rate shipping available on all orders
• Carrier-calculated rates available via Canada Post and Purolator
• Every order includes tracking
• In rare cases, Remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you first before proceeding with your shipment

🇺🇸 United States

*We are currently not shipping to the U.S. due to the new tariffs. We hope to serve our U.S. customers again soon.

🌍 International / Overseas

• Choose from Canada Post International shipping services
• Tracking is recommended, as not all services include it
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees
