How To Return Items
1. Put item/s in a suitable sized box (or the same box we shipped it in to you) to ship back to us and securely tape it shut.
2. Head to this link, fill out your information and click "Get Label": https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/pr-rc/en/get-return-label?id=PR351599
From here, you can either print the label and tape it to the box, however the EASIEST way is to open the email that you would have just gotten automatically from Canada Post (after completing step 2). You can simply show the email to them at the counter (from your smartphone) and they will scan the QR code and print a shipping label for you and send the parcel to us. That email also contains other useful information.
3. If you don't have a smartphone, simply provide this number to Canada Post at the counter: PR351599
4. If you opted to print the label yourself, simply drop the parcel off (with the label attached) to the closest Canada Post outlet.

Once we receive the parcel, we will the apply the refund or begin the exchange.
Refunds: You'll receive an email notification with the refund information. Depending on which bank you use it normally should take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
